Re: MotoGP 2011
The 2012 calendar confuses me.
In fact, MotoGP confuses me quite a lot for various reasons.
Like how most races are either on BBC red button or on Eurosport (which is annoying)
And how there's like four races in Spain... and 2 in the USA.
=3 But the calendar looks cool ^^

Re: MotoGP 2011
Horrific crash for Simoncelli. Hope he's OK.
Re: MotoGP 2011
Any updates on his condition? I didn't see the accident but the reports look worrying.

Re: MotoGP 2011
Was it a head injury?
Re: MotoGP 2011
Race officially cancelled. Still no news on Simoncelli's condition.
Re: MotoGP 2011
Quoting autosport.com: "concern centres on Simoncelli, who lay stricken on the track, his helmet having come off during the incident."cheng.damien wrote:Was it a head injury?
Re: MotoGP 2011
edwards drove into his back and head, rossi also collided with edwards and Simo. His helmet ripped off during the incident. Edwards has a dislocated shoulder.
Reports from french commentry are that medical staff are informing the family he has passed.
My god. Dan, Huseman and please lets not add Marco.

Re: MotoGP 2011
Yes, the delay is likelihood he has succumbed to the injury
Re: MotoGP 2011
yup. Its horrid. But moto gp has been heading this way all year.
The amount of accidents, the injuries this year;
Cal and Dani's collarbones, Spies' ribs, Lorenzo's finger and wrist, theres been so many high-sides and violent crashes this year, so many injuries its unreal.

Re: MotoGP 2011
Motorsports will always be dangerous. Although safety is always improving, it takes this kind of incidents to bring out reforms in the safety regulations
Re: MotoGP 2011
Christ. They've shown replays of the incident... sickening. Atrocious.
Re: MotoGP 2011
Marco has officially died
