SS2: Belmeken Lake. 27.57km Starts in 5 minutes from now

"This stage has a different character to Batak Lake because the whole thing is extremely bumpy. It's going to be really tough on the suspension. We have a lot of questions about the feeling with the car here, because we don't know exactly what set-up to use. It’s difficult because we can't change a lot of things on the car between the stages, so you need to get a compromise setting for both of them. Like SS1 this stage starts fast with a twisty uphill section, then we arrive at a junction and take a road that runs along another lake, but the roads are much bumpier than the other stage. After the lake we turn onto a smaller road for steep downhill section. It goes on for about 12 or 15 kilometres so it's going to be very tough on brakes.
So its gonna be a mix of Ravishing Black and White for Kimi Raikkonen this season

great that you´ve found some time to be with us

 Its so hot we cannot do anything but just water the plants and it should be done at night. Kids are growing fins as water in the lake is warm. But Kimi will drive this rally to the end, so I feel today. I hope the feeling doesnt change , it sometimes does that too.

How hot is it?

Yesterday it was 31C and high humidity, very difficult conditions to a Finn who has used to 21-25 is hot. Today its a little colder, 27 at the moment and north wind is blowing and drying the air. Kids doesnt want to eat anything, just strawberries that grow around our veranda.

Wolfie wrote:I'm a bit troubled over Ford's pace. What do you think is the matter there?

Is it up to the drivers or the car?

It just looks worse and worse rally by rally and Ford used to be really fast?

They're up in the hills, arund 2000 meters high. First part of the ss was uphill , which didn't help either. Fords had a problem with that before
Actually it's quite impressive, that Hirvo was still reasonably close to Kimi.
