I don't. If Kimi go back to F1 I will still not follow the races online just like Rally this year.

Up until Spa I was over the moon with joy over Kimi in WRC - damn me :(
I was never happy with his choice but it's HIS choice...

I just can't believe that Kimi ends his f1 career without a real end...it's nothing for him! He'll announce his retirement in the f1 when he's driving an f1...
Imagine the amount of energy the guy has hidden inside of him! He took it all in, all the bashing etc. without saying a word. If he has transformed that into positive energy then... he might go back as a true Warrior :shhh:

Momo, you have read Castaneda's books so you probably remember this sentence:
"A warrior walks his own path alone, a soldier does what he is told to do"

Manager: Hülkenberg is just like Kimi without the alcohol
25.10.2009 16:37

F1-manager Wili Weber [...]
Ah, why do people always need to bring up the alcohol thing...: I don't think this part was necessary, Mr. Weber.

I doubt there will be an as "cool" guy as Kimi in F1 for a while. Kimi's just too unique :)

Surprisingly I don't miss him that much in F1. ''hmm'' Okay, I'm not following F1 that long, so maybe that's why.
But since he left, there isn't really anybody left who I (want to) support ...

I'm follow your warrior statement 100% Nicole! Just my thought too...and he'll have a big smile in his helmet...

Kimi can sign a smile on his new helmet...that would be an idea

I've the same feeling...i wanted to support vettel but it just isn't my guy...i don't have the thrilling or nerves when watching him...

when i looked kimi in f1 my heartbeat was 200 all the time...i was for sure more nervouw than the man himself

I just now stumbled upon the information that the Brazilian GP is actually not the last GP of the season. I was like "Whaaaaat?!?". Heehee, goes to show just how fascinated I am by F1 these days ...

Square, I don't mind the alcohol-thing at all but maybe it's because I'm from Finland :zz:

He would be lame if he didn't drink 'bottoms up' and only sip a glass or two of wine occasionally

I did not remember that quote!
But I really love these:
:O :)
Off-Topic: show
A warrior lives by acting, not by thinking about acting, nor by thinking about what he will think when he has finished acting.
From A Separate Reality

A warrior chooses a path with heart, any path with heart, and follows it; and then he rejoices and laughs. He knows because he sees that his life will be over altogether too soon. He sees that nothing is more important than anything else.
From A Separate Reality

A warrior doesn't know remorse for anything he has done, because to isolate one's acts as being mean, or ugly, or evil is to place an unwarranted importance on the self.

Thanks Momo, love certain quotes from those books and how they made me think and think and think - but now when thinking about it Kimi really has been going through a 'school' where his character has been tested over and over again.

Journey to Ixtlan, maybe it was from that book? Don Juan explained to Castaneda the difference between a warrior and a soldier and I never forgot the sentence

Yes, I've heard of those special "Finland and alcohol" stories

Maybe I'm a bit touchy here but at some forums he's being called an alcoholic and so I don't like when he's connected to those old alcohol stories... This pisses me soo off, firstly he's not an alcoholic and secondly alcoholism isn't anything you joke about, I hate those people who call him like this (though he wasn't called like that in this case, of course)...

Momo, those are nice quotes, thanks for sharing

Square, maybe the reason why it doesn't bother me at all is that I know he isn't an alcoholic, he is one of the guys with the cleanest noses really, he just made it to the headlines a couple of times and the myth was ready - but it doesn't bother me at all

Hm well, I always get touchy when it comes to alcohol in general so maybe that's why I don't like to read such comments :O

It's not like the other one's don't have a drink sometimes, but somehow everything that Kimi does counts like a hundred times more than the other driver's actions.

so next year two blond and cool guys in f1 or none (which is also possible  )
Hulk was great today but I don't know... for now he's not my cup of tea :O
In the last few races I'm watching Kamui closely... maybe I'm a little bit nostalgic about Sauber 2001, anyway I like that he's not afraid to attack on track + in his interviews he's really nice and cool :)

It's insane really when you think about it. Him eating ice cream turned into an ice cream -gate by fans who's driver has done way worse things.

But with Kimi it always goes the same way - makes him special

+1
Even if he drank a couple of times it's OK for a young guy
During his Macca days on another forum we usually turned this "alcoholic" strories into a joke :) *some kind on Turuni's "joly drinker" nickname*
