what's next - ice-cream?
Naah,it´s propably not because of kimi´s impact. What I´ve learnt that people in Poland has also the ability to take a vodka or two :)
damn... the image is not showing for some reason.
Here is the link with news http://www.f1news.ru/news/f1-61075.html
Anyway - I had a shot or two of that vodka (it's Russian brand - contract for four races). Not actually bad. not bad at all.

I got tired of fighting on AS a long time ago but decided to see what is going on in planet (nothing else interests me there than the Kimi-bashing )

Apple has been spreading out her light there
Kimis management admitted the contact after Renault had made a first move about it. After that it has been Renault who has been keeping a lonely chat about it. You know how Kimi is. He doesnt speak about these things, never. He hasnt been saying anything negative about teams before and now he isnt in F1 anymore.
He isnt in F1 , he can say what ever he wants if he wants and nobody cares. Thats nice.
And this one is from someone called RogueComet or something
First, scouting is just about the only thing they can do - the F1 circus is hardly camped outside Räikkönen's door. To find him a way back into a competitive seat must, as far as I can tell, involve some pretty subtle machinations.

Second you might have quoted the rest of my previous post for the gist of my argument: Räikkönen's management simply confirmed what could not be denied. But Boullier concocted his own little fairy-tale. In short, to answer your question, just about everything beyond confirming an informal visit was bang out of order on Boullier's part presupposing he was serious about negotiating with the Räikkönen-camp - but then again, he was never serious. Yet the dude had the gall to tap all he could of Räikkönen's superlative reputation to make it rub off on Renault, while at the same time trotting out that old chestnut: 'Kimi's wavering motivation.'

Nice going. 'Drink my blood and stab me in the back while you're at it why don't you!'
And Dheeban with his brilliance :shhh:
Kimi's Manager:(Citoren, Red Bull, Ford, Monster all rally parties seem to be interested in Kimi. But nothing is signed yet. Why not explore the F1 options as well as a back up?)

Hey Renault, what's up with your team? Do you have an opening next year?

Boullier/Lopez: (Immediately runs away in ecstasy) YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!! Raikkonen contacted us. Raikkonen contacted us!! That means we are good. That means we are a top team. Petrov Snr., do you hear it? We like Petrov! But he has to prove to us. We need money, but we are not after money.

Sep 20: Raikkonen himself contacted us.

Sep 25: Raikkonen, prove your motivation to me!

Sep 30: Kimi, meet me face to face. We still like Petrov.

Oct 5: Raikkonen contacted us. We are flattered. We are a winning team.

Kimi: Whaaat? I can tell you I am 100% sure I won't drive for Renault next year.
Bless you people
To be changed soon - rko281, where are you??? LOL

Atleast Felipe said something interesting for a change. :p
He must be missing those friendly Kimi chats. He seems to be doing a lot of talking these days, how long will Ferrari be happy about that? Perhaps he should contact Boullier.

Maybe he said that exactly because he knows his days in red team are coming to an end?

Guys, this intriguing poster from another forum mentions that doing F1 and WRC simultaneously as an option for Kimi. I think it is a really good option for Kimi. Kimi would have the chance to continue with the safe option, f1, while evaluating his potential in rally which is still a new area for him. Of course, he won't be able to do all the rallies. I think it would be pretty hectic to do all of them anyway.

In a way it might help Kimi to keep a foot in F1 while he is indulged in rally. Because if the experiment does not work out as expected in rally, he may lose his F1 champion mojo soon and may not even have the backing to drive top rally cars. Continuing to do well in F1 actually helps to have a sure and safer way to learn rally while having the backing of top cars for a longer time.

I think this scenario is the most likely one to make Kimi consider an F1 return next year.
Curious case of Kimi Raikkonen..

Wow, that would be great!

But which F1 team will accept that?
Not the top teams for sure. ''hmm''
Even Redbull didn't allow Vettel to do one rally.

(Maybe that's why Robertson approached Renault earlier as they allow Kubica to do rallies.)
