What I find strange is the timing of these statements from Robertson. Why now? Why to MTV3?

coz the hits on MTV3 sites had started decreasing in numbers :n
So its gonna be a mix of Ravishing Black and White for Kimi Raikkonen this season

All Finnish tabloids are quoting the MTV3-news except Turun Sanomat.

Iltalehti wrote this one last Thursday:
21.10.2010

Kimi Räikkönen is still pondering about his future

Kimi Räikkönen can not say if his rally career will continue next season.

- Perhaps I have made my decision about the future before the next rally in Wales, Räikkönen said in Spain.
Some hope that there might be some news before that

Oh! To help Anette then, so she doesn’t lose her job. Steve, always such a gentleman!

Really, stumm

There was talk about changes in personnel there but I thought that Schumi would bring his own people from Ferrari once their contracts would expire...

Can we start reading into Mark Slade now

apple wrote:Well, to me its crystal clear. Kimi continues in rally, in which team, they probably know it but wont tell yet.
They also leave the door open to F1, Robertson just sends a message to F1 teams Kimi might be available next year.
I wont go to the route of endless speculations anymore. What happens happens. I am happy if Kimi drives somehere and tell you the thruth, I am curious to see how Kimi plays with his gear stick.. :n :p
Well I hope that when/if Kimi makes a deal it will be for more than just one year! :)
Kimi Kimi gimme just a little smile :)

I'll be very surprised if there's contract for more then 1 year, even main drivers have 1 year contracts + there must be big changes in 2011 and 2012
So this thread can be really long :zz: :O

Wolfie wrote:Here is what Steve Robertson said to MTV, I don't know if he is playing with words again or not
Steve Robertson confirmed to MTV3 that he is negotiating a rally-contract for his protegé for the next season too. The comeback to F1 is a closed option at least when it comes to next season.

- We aren't looking for possibilities in F1 anymore. Kimi seems to be more concentrated on rally at this moment, Robertson told.

Has Kimi turned his back on F1 for good?

- Never say never but at the moment the eye is not on F1, Robertson said.

- Nothing has been decided yet. We will tell when we have something to tell. At the moment nothing has been signed. We are negotiating with several different teams but I can't go more into it, Robertson said.
Sorry guys if someone has already translated this translation Wolfie provided...

- Never say never but at the moment the eye is not on F1 and was it like a minute ago when I told You that Kimi will attend Rally GB, Robertson Told and rushed to call Mr. Kulta..
