I think there was nothing wrong for spinster to say that... I too would prefer that we do not see kimi in such situations. I know he is still learning but the trashing that other people give to him is unreal and it hurts to have to read these unkind remarks about kimi. So I prefer he does something he is excellent in and do these other things as a hobby...but if he prefers to, I have to respect it

Who were you rooting for, icemaid? Or were you just hoping a certain someone wouldn't win?
I was hoping that certain someone wouldn't win
Hmm think that he´ll take it now!
Bad luck for Sebbie and shame that Webbo hit the wall!
But if Alonso wins it he deserves it! He has been pretty good the last few races
Hope that Kulta can give us some news about Kimi´s situation this week!
Kimi Kimi gimme just a little smile

Oh my mistake then, I thought you were talking about spinster's comment that she would rather not see kimi in rallying and spinning out in the warm-up or recce - the post above essentially

this year is like last year we really dont know what is running in kimis mind right now...last year he keep repeating in the interviews that his first option is mclaren which the truth is his managers is negotiating with redbull and citroen for the WRC....so this year maybe we can expect another unexpected decision of kimi because he keep repeating that he is happy in what he is doing, he is happy in WRC maybe this time he is saying the truth but he is a wonderful and very talented he deserve the best...i hope he can make his mind up and realized that he belong in f1 where he can fight for championship...what ever decision he make i will always support him....

Kimi then Sebastian DNF'ing - not exactly how I foresaw the racing sessions this round. But ever the optimist, I look forward to the GB and Brasil races and expect stellar results! Stuff happens but champs never give up because moving on with positive thinking is half the battle! Fortunately, Kimi and Sebastian have that in spades making for a lot of good racing and fun times from both in the future. Seb - the race is still on and Kimi - GB rally experience and fun is still on. Can't ask for more than that!
Every mile I have with the Citroen C4 WRC is giving a certain pleasure - Kimi Raikkonen
My ideal is to win the race at the slowest speed possible - Alain Prost
You should just stick with those people who are really there for you - Sebastian Vettel

Dunno why people keep talking about that they hope that Kimi chooses F1 instead of WRC! As if it is his choice to come back in a top team!

claudie,
of course we can only hope...
and it would be great if a top team would want him, but if not, then we live with whatever kimi can get for himself

Now I’m going to be naughty.
If Red Bull keeps Webber but don’t want to keep on sponsoring Kimi in WRC alleging he crashes out too much, wouldn’t it be a contradiction in terms?

Hey guys. Probably not the exact thread to post this in. But I consider you my friends and its done mostly in fun, so I thought maybe you would get a laugh or two out of it:
KOREA GP ’10 – COME CHILDREN, GATHER ROUND
Its my review of the Korean GP and the current state of F1 put into juvenile rhymes by yours truly. And Kimi gets a mention of course ;)
