I've just read the possible news in AtlasF1, and according to mtv3.fi. Here's the entire news:

Yeah, Suzuki decided to quit already and if Subaru does the same, there will basically be only Ford and Citroen left and WRC would be pretty much dying then.

It has been confirmed now so thats just 2 left and i thought Subaru were aiming for a comeback but anyhow its bad news. There were rumours that Gronholm would return next year with them, but obivously not

too bad....i started watching wrc in 1999, though only in highlights. too bad it doesn't have that mainstream media coverage here unlike f1, motogp, sbk or irl/champcars which can be seen in espn/star sports. i remember wrc being shown on axn - and it's not even a sports channel. it got axed in our cable lineup a few years back.

Very bad news for me (Subaru fan), it was unfortunate remembering that they have produced many champions like Colin McRae, Richard Burns and of course Petter Solberg. :pout:

So, 2009 season will be boring because i believe the race will be won by either Citroen and Ford Works Team only, I'd like to see a privateer team make a surprise in one or two round this year, maybe Stobbart VK could do that :)

AXN's was quite like a magazine show called "AXN Shakedown", yes it was a bad program :) but i love when the host asked the drivers or co-drivers to do a stupid thing :p

Star Sports broadcasting WRC since 2007 up until now and they also broadcasted the PWRC last year, so maybe you can watch it on Star Sports this year :D
