I'm a huge fan of Valentino Rossi. Besides that I'm a huge Ducati lover.

+1 on both counts. I support Rossi but I'm happy if Ducati wins. Just not always Stoner...lol!

I also like Nicky Hayden, he's a great and nice driver.

-1. Have you heard his interviews and such? He speaks what's on his mind and is straight forward. Even in person he is pretty cool. But I do not like him as a driver much, he is from kentucky for god's sake ;)!

I really hope I can go to the Motogp race in Assen, the Netherlands, AGAIN

I think Casey will win races with long straights but Vale definatly has it round the corners

There will be other races, yes. Hope you guys plan well, because the prices of hotels are already going up as we speak, thanks to the billions of bikers! Someone I know is attending and they said it's easier if you settle for a campsite (cheaper + closer so you can save on gas money). Take lots of pics!

In one hand I'm happy and in the other I'm disappointed. I'm happy because Honda have shown that they are still in top, still in chase for WDC... and because Michelin was good at Mugello. On the other hand I'm disappointed that Pedrosa and Honda have missed the win. But that the way it is. At least Rossi was happy that he did win at home, and that we didn't watch Stoner winninga again. :roll:

Here is what Dani said about the race.

Dani Pedrosa was frustrated with his Repsol Honda's performance after finishing second to Valentino Rossi at Mugello.

The Spaniard - who had been fastest in all three dry practice sessions in Italy but only qualified eighth in the wet - rapidly moved forward in the race and broke away from the field in company with Rossi.

But in the second half of the race he was unable to keep pace with the Yamaha as his bike's performance faded.

"I was expecting to win today," Pedrosa told BBC television.

"As was happening in all the races before, in the second part of the race our bike started to spin in both wheels, and Valentino was going away.

"I couldn't force the bike to go faster because I could crash, so I just closed the throttle and tried to finish second.

"I'm disappointed with this because I want to give 100% of my riding during the race, but at the moment I can't do it."

Pedrosa remains third in the championship, 33 points behind Casey Stoner.

Pedrosa fastest in first practice

Dani Pedrosa delighted the Spanish crowd by setting the fastest time in the opening free practice session at Catalunya.

Suzuki's John Hopkins had held the top spot for most of the hour, before Pedrosa moved ahead with ten minutes to go.

The Repsol Honda rider then proceeded to set four laps that would have been fast enough to stand as the quickest of the morning, ending the session on a 1:43.099, nearly half a second clear of the field.

Championship leader Casey Stoner moved up to second in the final minutes, ahead of another Spaniard - Gresini Honda's Toni Elias.

Hopkins was pushed down to fourth, with Loris Capirossi fifth on the second factory Ducati and Valentino Rossi completing the top six.
