Every single race, just before the lights go out, I think I'm getting a heart attack, the starts are really not good for my heart :p

1. Will Hamilton clinch his first Title this weekend? He should.
2. Can Massa do something about that? He should
3. Is Raikkonen able to be quicker then Massa again? Yes, but he wont be allowed to win (unless Hamilton crashes)
4. Can Alonso fight with the Ferrari's again? No
5. Is Heikki able to fight with the Ferrari's? maybe 1st stint
6. Are Toro Rosso quick enough to score points again? Yes
7. Will Piquet convince the Renault-bosses to keep him for next year? Yes

My Questions

1. What will Kimi's job be?
2. Who will get pole?
3. Who will get the fastest lap?
4. Will Alonso go light?

That comment about Ferrari "Scoring a goal in the 90th minute",does that mean find a way to disqualify Hamilton after the race and gift Ferrari the championship?...

Few questions
1. Will Hamilton clinch his first Title this weekend?
2. Can Massa do something about that?
3. Is Raikkonen able to be quicker then Massa again?
4. Can Alonso fight with the Ferrari's again?
5. Is Heikki able to fight with the Ferrari's?
6. Are Toro Rosso quick enough to score points again?
7. Will Piquet convince the Renault-bosses to keep him for next year?

My answers:
1. Its upto him and anything can happen. Massa may as well be the champion if something happens to lewis who is in his 2nd and 3rd engine and gearbox respectively.
2. NO, its all in hamilton's hand. He might win but its all upto hamilton to take the title.
3. Yes, not necessarily quicker but in similar sort of pace.
4. Not with ferrari but i hope they can fight with mclaren and take hamilton out.( renault= Nando)
5. Simple answer. NO!
6. Yes
7. Yes[/quote]

I like this idea!

Now to the original questions:

1. Will Hamilton clinch his first Title this weekend? I sure as hell hope not.
2. Can Massa do something about that? No. Hammy has to loose out for Massa to have a chance.
3. Is Raikkonen able to be quicker then Massa again? Yes, but will he be allowed?
4. Can Alonso fight with the Ferrari's again? Hell yeah! :n
5. Is Heikki able to fight with the Ferrari's? Heiki is the clear No. 2 robot. Depends on his programming.
6. Are Toro Rosso quick enough to score points again? Yes
7. Will Piquet convince the Renault-bosses to keep him for next year? Maybe. I would rather see Bourdais given a shot in a Renault.

Other questions

1. What will Kimi's job be? Hold up Hammy
2. Who will get pole? Any car but a Macca
3. Who will get the fastest lap? Kimi (or if all goes wrong, Hammy) :<>:
4. Will Alonso go light? This would be key IMO :oh:

Comments:

The only way Hammy's gonna loose this WDC (other than by cocking it up like only he can), is if enough cars go light enough to out qualify him and allow the Ferraris to open a gap before the pits, then hold him back far enough so he gets less than four points. If this fails I guess we still have the "rubens, hit on lewis!" campaign!

if hamilton was to finish the race and not win the championship then i think Alonso, Kubica, Hiedfield will be the key. Watch out for them.

This Ferrari might not able storm like previous years!.I m not expecting unexpected this year TBH!.This year would be close ... Renault/BMW/STR/RBR ..any slip from Lewis Hamilton can kill his Title.
1. Yes .. he shouldn't anything special ..just drive normal .. shouldn't try to be over protective!
2. I m afraid ..yes! i dunno :p
3. Very much possible considering Renaults pace in last two race .. i hope Nelson does fairly well in Home Race.
4. Yes .. Mclaren is strong and so is Heikki provided with right to fight & strategy/support.
5. STR has more chance to score point/s than mother team(RBR) :laugh1:
6. I hope its not like this ... single gp performance hardly speaks anything!Expecting the strong performance from him.

Australia gp 2008-winner hamy.........WDC 2008-????

from the last two years the winner of Australian gp was crowned as WDC.
Is it WDC goes to hamy this year??

I guess, that Ron plays it safe, let's Ferrari's go to one-two victory, with Lewis 3rd with the title. Or, they wanna make Heikki's victory... that would be interesting! But the point is, that Lewis doesn't have to win the race. He just have to keep his head cool. We remember what happened last year :O

You got a point there:

Australia 1986-winner Prost
Australia 1991-winner Senna
Australia 1996-winner Hill
Australia 1998-winner Häkkinen
Australia 2000-winner Schumacher
Australia 2001-winner Schumacher
Australia 2002-winner Schumacher
Australia 2004-winner Schumacher
Australia 2006-winner Alonso
Australia 2007-winner Räikkönen
Australia 2008-winner Hamilton

Interesting... ''hmm''

Statistics is the scientific way of lying. Someone may come up with different statistics regarding the correlation between Aussi GP and WDC and he or she may still be right :)

McLaren won't be so hard on Lewis' engine so they may try a conservative approach during qualifying but that could leave Lewis into middle pack and vulnerable for a first corner accident, which is inevitable rather than probable in Interlagos. McLaren should find a way of good compromise.

Edit: Let me tell you a joke about statisticians. Three candidates apply for a job in a company. One of them is Mathematician, other is Economist and the last one is Statistician. One by one they enter into boss' room and interview with him. He asks just one question to each of them: "What is the result of 2+2?" Here are the answers: Mathematician says 4, Economist says 4 ± 0.01 and lastly Statistician says "What would you like it to be?"
