Yea, it does look dry, but these are just another conspiracy theories. :p Well, we've got a couple of months ahead of us so got to find something to talk about. I wonder if somebody will appeal Glock's move or something, heh.

nobody would be going on if massa won it. people have got a grudge against hamilton for 1 of these 3 reasons.
1) hes black
2) alonso at macca last year
3)hes not in a ferrari

am I about right there?

1) Why do people go that route? F1 fans see only one colour, and that's the color of the car's livery. I don't care if he's pink, yellow or green, i'd still hate his guts.
You're just using it as an excuse. because i don't know a SINGLE ONE person who said anything against his color.

2) Well that's the Alonso fans hating hamilton

3) And then Ferrari fans hating hamilton

So that's pretty much 70% of the Formula 1 fan base. Not looking pretty good :D

I would like to remind everyone how Shoemaker won a world championship. By punting off Damon Hill.
Lewis Hamilton did not do that and Glock was on dry tyres but basically people are ignoring that and saying the track as dry. It wasn't.

This is how your boy Lewis won the championship.
Reminds me of Mika Hakkinen's first win. Collusion between teams.

It was both dry...and Glock took a different racing line...closing immediately AFTER Lewis went past.

Does that look like a different racing line to you ??? Glock is on the racing line. Lewis & Vettel passed him on the outside.

Well that would be in the "general spirit" of the season, but i don't really think they can appeal a championship win :) They can only "punish" Glock...

I can imagine Ron running wildly from one pit wall to the next trying to find someone to "bribe" :)
Okay that was a joke, but i think Ron is capable of that (just think Monaco 2001)

No but the difference is all McLaren fans have respect for Ferrari drivers but some Alonso fans and most Ferrari fans don't respect other drivers.*

Same here I almost cried when vettel went past...did not know there was still a place left ITV made it seem the fifth place was being held by Ham...when vettel past I said oh no!!!!!! its lost cause Vettel was pulling away...I feel Kubica was trying to spoil it for Lewis...he would get nothing from unlapping Himself.

uncleben wrote:When I saw Vettel get in front of Hamilton, my stomach dropped. Massa did an excellent job, but it wasn't meant to be. I don't know what the hell Kubica was doing. Unfortunately all I got to see was the last five laps. But man those were some amazing laps. Congrats to Hamilton! Through trials and tribulations he overcame. So I say good show ol' boy.

Also Trulli was on dry tyres, and both Toyotas had nearly the same lap time (1:44), so Glock surely didn't slow down for Hamilton. Also, if Hamilton hadn't passed Glock on the final corner, he would've overtaken him on the straight as the acceleration would've been far worse with dry tyres.

1. What about the racial abuse in Spain during pre-season testing ?
2. That's because people who have that opinion, believe that Alonso had right of the way since he was 2 time WDC.
3. Everyone except Mclaren fans hating him !
