I think they were speaking about the first overtaking attempt, where the Hamilton let kimi take the lead again, as should have been done.phil1993 wrote:why? seems strange. kimi crashed. they tootled the last lap. end of.

At the most a grid penalty in next race. But I don't think it's going to happen.AzShadow wrote:So what will they do? Penalize Kimi? Surely they won't do anything to the race winner at this stage. :oh:

Did Kimi get and advantage running in the run-off area around Pouhon? No

They didnt penalise Massa with the pit incident. At worse, they should give lewis a 10000 euro fine, no racing penalty.

Yeah, Massa really deserves the praise in the Ferrari camp.scermat wrote:heh.

He kept his head where Kimi didn't..

No, I'm not calmer. Just more jaded.
Re: 2008 FORMULA 1 Belgian Grand Prix
lets look at it. Lewis fails to take Kimi at bus stop, lets him through then passes him.iceman1 wrote:Did Kimi get and advantage running in the run-off area around Pouhon? No

They both went wide at Pouhon, Kimi more. nearly hits lewis but lewis goes on the grass as he avoids a williams. kimi spins - lewis leads. kimi goes wide at blanchimont and spins out. Last lap: Lewis almost loses it at bus stop but holds on and wins.
Re: 2008 FORMULA 1 Belgian Grand Prix
Yes, but before that he overtook Kimi first time by cutting the chicane and then he DID give Kimi position back but I'm not sure he did it properly. Alonso have been penalized for less.phil1993 wrote:1000 posts for this thread! @suntrek- lewis cut the chicane so he didnt crash into kimi
Still I don't think there will be any penalties since the conditions were so difficult.
