My opinion is that Hamilton didn't want to just play dirty, but he was too keen to recover all those positions as fast as possible. So he made a mistake and didn't know how to repair it (by letting Vettel in front again and repassing him later).

I think his way of speaking to the press damages his image as a sportsman and he should be more careful.

Just name one Hamilton 'error' and I'll give you a round of applaus :<>: . Overtaking someone is definately not a mistake, because you're going to name Hamilton ovetaking Vettel correctly.

I just read an article about someone who quited watching F1, because Ferrari is always helped by the FIA, giving penalty's at critical times to everyone, except giving them to the Almighty Ferrari's. He's definately right with that fact(!). Take a look on the history, driving for Ferrari is definately an advantage!
1st- overtaking by the grass, ok maybe a mistake cut the chicane, but if you know, let the other driver overtake him and start the battle again!!

2nd- crash with his teammate (Remember 2 crash with Alonsoo some races ago, on only 2 laps -even some said Alonso brake to crash Hamilton front wing --front wing can be replace, rear not)

3rd- overtake his teammate by the radio

Yah, but I reckon you can have an opinion on their opinion. I never got personal about Joostlamers, I just opined that the general opinion of FIA bias was silly.

If you want I can edit my above comment, but I don't think I crossed any boundaries..

1-Best Driver - Trulli & Raikkonen
2-Best Team - Ferrari, no doubt, then Toyota
3-Best Overtaking - none, nothing worth mentioning
4-Best Moment - Trulli defending attacks from Kovalainen
5-Worst Driver & Worst Team - Hamilton for his usual brain farts, team - BMW (with the exception of RK, who managed to salvage some points from his team's disaster. without him they would have been nowhere last weekend).
6-Best Rookie - Piquet
7-The Most Surprising Moment - Raikkonen finishing the race with a hole in his car.

all in all - boring race.

Aah, fair enough, my bad.

I will admit that it was a borderline type incident, which could be interpreted in two ways.

But still, an average type of race, not exciting, not boring (especially for Magny-Cours).

1-Best Driver - very good Trulli
2-Best Team - Ferrari, no doubt
3-Best Overtaking - Piquet on Alonso
4-Best Moment - Drive Through for Hamilton :cheezy:
5-Worst Driver & Worst Team - Hamilton (too nervous, he was trying to gain some positions too fast) & Force India
6-Best Rookie - Piquet
7-The Most Surprising Moment - Kimi lapping about 3 sec slower than Massa
8-Comments - Not too exciting race, but also not boring. Massa luckily on top thanks to Raikkonen's car damage. BMW struggling, they were in really poor shape all the weekend, but Kubica scored some points anyway. Finally Piquet with points, congratuations for brilliant Trulli.
