Congrats BMW and Kubica! :) It's awesome to see that team coming forth more and more.

Massa was clearly the one striking for pole, but he couldn't hold it together in Q3 anymore. Kimi had been slower all the time so I don't know what's wrong with him. I still believe that Massa is in the best position to win the race if the start works all right for him. He has some pressure now, though, and he doesn't handle it so well usually. Plus he's never won outside pole position.

And what's this about Massa punishment here?: Surely we're not handing out penalties out of nowhere? :p

Yeah thats possible. Even a yellow flag with SC out can change the race for some and ruin the race for many !! So i am not putting even Williams and Toyota out of a race victory !! !yahoo:

Pole on pole!!!! Good job, Kubi! Even though I suspect he is quite low on fuel, also looking at the difference between him and Heidfeld.

Shame for Massa though, he seemed to be on it all weekend, but in Q3, where it all counted, it seems he had a bit of traffic, with Alonso in front of him in the final run and..., oh well...A bit disappointed with Kimi's pace also, I thought he would be able to go atleast 3rd, but the 2nd sector on the last lap wasn't that good, just as Massa's.

The Ferraris both seemed to go with quite some fuel on board in Q3 if we look at how close the other teams were in the end when in fact they were miles behind in Q2.

Button, Alonso  , good job with the trucks they have.

All in all, it seems like we will have a good race tomorrow, quali sure mixed them up nicely

really well done by kubica but I do think that massa is heavy on fuel for some reason but I do hope kubica will do it tomorrow.

I don't think the SC is quite that often an occurence in this GP just because of the large run-off areas. But it can still happen. I however don't want anyone's race to be ruined by the Safety Cars as it happened to many in Australia because of the stupid new rules :<>:

Ferrari & Massa is very quick here ..just he failed collective performance on last attempt in q3!

If massa & kimi can storm @ start we have chance of ferrari 1-2!
I dunno actual reason but kimi is slow on this track :|

yeah, i think the first time the SC appeared in Bahrain was last year when Speed and Button clashed and spread debris on the track.

Hopefully Kimi will pass Hamilton at the start and Kubica will have a chance to score second podium in a row.

GO GO BMWs.

I think if Hamilton gets a good start tomorrow, he will have a chance of jumping Massa down into T1. Kubica could well win if he can hold off whoever is behind him. (actually thats really obvious, so I'm going to shut up now. :p)
Kubica 's pole doesn't really need its own topic, even though it is a great thing
