And you're still not used to this? this is their normal friday procedure - some 10+ lap stints with heavy fuel load. they were slow last friday in OZ, and almost every friday last year...

Trulli had a good long run where he set his fastest lap near the end of his long run to get P6.
Button said to not expect 4th place tomorrow ,I think one Honda has a strong chance of being in the top 10 provided that don't make any mistakes

Will Ferrari dominate here, or will we see a repeat of their abysmal Melbourne form
"Yes,we will be back....",thats wat kimi said..

And i guess they just have to do it this weekend....
I think F2008 has got the pace and will surely would do good if they have reliable engine with them...

Mclarens are also supposed to do well at sepang considering last years results and also melbourne this year...

Bt it`s a different story when u have ferrari running as fast as u are on the race day and in qualifying....

My say at the results:::

1.Kimi Raikkonnen /Felipe Massa
2.Nico Rosburg/Fellipe massa /Lewis Hamilton
3.Nico Rosburg/Heidfeld....

Its a race between this racers....One who will race better on sunday will have his nose ahead...

this is great track, i love it....
But, i think that it is screwed with those asphalted run offs.

For race, i think that winner will be Raikkonen, 2nd will be Kubica or Alonse and 3rd will be i think Coulthard......

At the moment, common conclusion is Ferrari will be strong here with McLaren not far.

But I say throw some water in it (you'll never know Malaysia's weather) + No TC, we'll get a nice treat. It'll be anybody's game.

I think Ferrari will be better in the race trim but it still depends on qualifying. BMW has been quiet running through their free practice test program. I would be very wary of Kubica on light fuel. Heidfeld seems to excel at making his way up through the field by a variety of overtaking/pit passing so I think BMW will continue to run them on different strategies. Roadblock's in Ferrari's way include engine troubles, and the McLaren/BMW single pace. Looking at those lap times posted earlier could see Hamilton a full .2 and .4 ahead of the Massa/Raikkonen respectively. We know Raikkonen can uncork it, but Malaysia has never been his best circuit. Psychologically, Lewis will be ready to take it to the Ferrari's again, especially Massa who he taught a thing or two here last year...

Barring reliability issues for Ferrari
1.) Hamilton/Raikkonen
2.) Raikkonen/Kovalanien/Heidfeld
3.) Massa/Kubica/Heidfeld/Kovy

When it comes down too it I think Massa has too much emotion in his driving to be able to button down that cold, calculated, perfect race drive.

Very interested to see where the Honda's end up. Brawn's influence already being felt, or maybe the car just isn't such a dog anymore.

There's an 80% chance of rain tomorrow, and in malaysia it dosen't rain but it pours,so all this practice form could well be irrelevant, and the grid be a complete lottery.50% chance of rain for the race,so anything could happen this weekend

Yeah, i expect that it will rain hard in qualifying, but what about the race conditions? And if it rains at race, it's gonna be a 2007 European GP without TC.

The Ferrari's are quite fast. The Lewis is as fast if not faster. It's a toss up as to who is going to be fastest and if it rains, it's going to be amazing.

I can't wait to find out who is the next Schumi/Senna in the rain. F1 rain skills haven't seriously been tested since 2001. It will separate the F1 drivers from the weaklings that stood a chance in the rain because of TC. ( Hamilton )

Please don't forget that his first race win was at this circuit. Kimi can uncork it, period.

if the ferraris are indeed the quickest in malaysia, we need some explanation :)
last year mclaren had a double here - even though ferrari was better in quali; was sepang the first race of 2007 in witch fia banned the moving floor?
