Retention is the key... the lounge is a great place for newbies to meet and greet... maybe we could also add a folder in the f1 section where people can ask questions they think might be "silly" and have our resident team of experts (all of us) answer... or where we might post links to good sources of F1 info... dunno just thinking out loud...
