*Menu(Nav bar) ..added predictions league links & dropdown menu for User Control Panel(ucp)

That's nice Zack but I have a go for this new update.

How about making the drop down menu to appear as "on-click" not "on-hover" as one may accidentaliy click once it pops up (as I did a few minutes ago).

- Lists of all registered users who have visited the board in the last 24 hours.
- Lists stats on the number of new posts, new topics and new users within the last 24 hours on the index page.
