Lewis had the racing line. Nico, as the attacking car, has the responsibility to ensure that his move is executed safely. Nico was driving into a disappearing wedge.

I second that point about the grid restarts. I hope the race organizers are ready for a bunch of burnt clutches...

With all of the "think before you drive" and the other safety conscious messages/measures from F1, how can such a reckless decision be justified? They should just allow open development all year and only homologate for 2015. A brand new engine formula needs longer than 3 months development time.
