No, don't think you imagined it, somehow Webber is quite... strange today. So... absent.

Actually he didn't say anthing bad... He said Mark also helped the team developing the car and did an solid job, then I missed some part, but at some previously question Horner said he thinks that Mark will come back even stronger in 2011. Webber just doesn't really seem to be keen on sitting there ...
