Re: Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2012
In the heat of a championship battle, especially when up against a dominant team theories are bound to be thrown around. The Renault was accused of running a J-damper during 2006, in the end the accusations didn't materialise in an exclusion. Let's put this aside and enjoy the race tonight, it shoul...

Re: Airtel Indian Grand Prix 2012
The last three races have shown that the sport still needs to sort out aero problems. The cars cannot follow each other closely enough. Tyres, DRS and KERS are not long term solutions. This is a fantastic battle, man against man.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZ8cnvSFQLo Nothing much else that Vettel could have done, maybe cost Alonso a tenth or two at Casio Triangle which wouldn't have made a significant difference in the qualifying classification. Ferrari is simply not fast enough at least on the options, best was fourth...

Re: 2012 Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix
Let's get political. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/103022 I also don't buy the fact that McLaren were woeful mid-season, as many people seem keen to point out. Button had a run of awful races where he just disappeared, but Lewis was always up there except for at Silverstone. And that ...

Pirelli will bring the soft & supersoft tyres for this round.
I'll be attending FP1 and FP2, trying to get tickets for the race.

Re: 2012 Shell Belgian Grand Prix
Just thinking about it, someone else on another forum pointed out that when standards were slipping in 1994, Hakkinen got parked for a few races, as did Irvine I think. I'd agree that banning Grosjean for a race might actually set an example. If precedent was set by Grosjean, I don't understand why...
