Beumi will get the next seat. Testing with toro rosso next week.

I know for a fact that fuel in the car doesn't matter in wet conditions, so all the cars will be quite heavy. I think Rosberg is the heaviest. I think Vettel was just the fastest guy out there, he is the man to beat tomorrow.
