Re: 2014 Formula One Discussion
And they've also announced Kobayashi will be one of its drivers. Roberto Mehri claims he should be racing in replacement of Ericsson (or Kobayashi).

Re: 2014 Formula One Discussion
Agree with you on all of that. All communication will be monitored and reviewed, coded messages will not be allowed. The point about the dashboard read out is relevant as information has always been available that way. As for Lewis at Monza, that's precisely the reason why I don't like hearing radio...

Re: 2014 Formula One Discussion
Fuel consumption - dashboard read out Tyres of car in front - who cares, just try racing On one hand this is a silly rule, but on the other hand I understand the reasoning. In the past the drivers would notify the pit wall that there was a problem and then make the decision to pit. The driver was in...

Re: 2014 Formula One Discussion
Its about time someone said those words. Good on Christian. I agree and liked what Christian said. But I also found it a little hypocritical as every team boss is part of the issue around negativity and wasn't it his own driver that said earlier in the season that the current breed of F1 cars are "...

Again, you're over thinking these things. Who cares about odd phrases, that's just what he does. It is part of his personality. It is just you've decided (and I understand why) that you don't necessarily like it.
Other drivers have done the same over the years. Good on them.

You're over thinking things. He's just calling it out as he sees it. Alonso has done it too. It's refreshing to get honesty. It doesn't need to be justified.

Re: FORMULA 1 GROSSER PREIS SANTANDER VON DEUTSCHLAND 2014
Why should Lewis be more careful? It's good to hear drivers speak honestly in a time when there are too many media trained puppies. It's even better when a driver says something utterly dumb as it shows they are human. I wasn't speaking from a fan's perspective but of Lewis's. Sure its all fun and ...

Re: The direction of F1
Imagine a driver having a comfortable lead in the final race of the season only for a safety car to come out. He gets spun at the standing restart and loses the title on double points. How bad would that be? :| I think the statement you've written is utterly ridiculous. It's not you, it's that what...

Yeah I saw the same when I googled. Seems all the articles announcing the sale were on 25 and 26 May, then on 28 May Fernandez reported denials.
